A Cornell alumnus, John first became licensed to sell real estate in Ithaca, NY, in 1972. Later, he acquired a Florida license in 1987 after he moved his family to Tampa. John, the entrepreneur, has owned multiple businesses in New York and Florida. Moving the family further south to Fort Myers in 2004 allowed his two children to attend college there.
