Born and raised in Ithaca, Garrett is excited to return home after a decade of living in NYC. Garrett grew up in a family of realtors and always knew he was destined to become one. He is mentored by his mother (Jill Burlington), who has over 20+ years of experience in the business and is happy to be joining her team! The Jill Burlington Team has been happily serving Tompkins County for years with over 1,000 transactions. 

Garrett graduated from The Smeal College of Business at Penn State University, where he majored in Financial Risk Management and was a member of the Varsity Football team from 2009-2012. After college, Garrett worked as a management consultant for EY and Accenture, and later transitioned into leading partnership teams for top US telecom companies. 

When Garrett isn’t selling homes, he is probably playing golf, cooking, tasting the delicious Finger Lake wines, watching football, or traveling with his wife. Garrett is a highly attentive, professional, and motivated agent who will serve his clients to the best of his abilities, no matter what!
