Brent Katzmann brings a unique combination of real estate, business management, and hands-on design and construction experience to Warren Real Estate. With experience as part of the company’s leadership team since 2009, his responsibilities included business development, financial management, brand strategy, and the training and development of Warren’s sales force. As a licensed associate broker, Brent has worked with several developers in site section, re-development and marketing of residential and commercial properties.

Brent also has led the government affairs committee of the Ithaca Board of REALTORS for the past several years and conducts the analysis and presentation of the Board’s annual report to our area’s elected and appointed officials in planning, government leadership, and finance at the Legislative Luncheon given each spring.

With experience spanning construction, real estate, business ownership, and more than two decades in advertising and brand management, Brent brings a detail-oriented perspective and a strong understanding of the planning, coordination, and communication required to successfully move complex projects forward.
