Amy received her real estate license in 2003 and has been an Associate Broker with Warren Real Estate for 19 years, representing both buyers and sellers in the community. In addition to assisting both sellers and buyers in the Ithaca and surrounding areas, Amy joined the Warren leadership team in 2020 as the Office Manager of our Horseheads, Watkins Glen and Corning branches. Currently, Amy is Warren Real Estate's Director of Operations and HR and an Office Manager for the Ithaca offices, along with her co-manager, Brent Katzmann. 

Amy has honed her skills as a trained mediator and has earned several designations including Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Graduate REALTOR Institute, Resort/Second Home Property Specialist and Senior Real Estate Specialist. She is also a Certified International Property Specialist.

Amy is a Past President of the Ithaca Board of REALTORS (2009) and has served as their State Director for two 3-year terms. She was awarded the “REALTOR of the Year” in 2013. Amy also serves on several committees for the NYS Association of REALTORS, including Fair Housing and Cultural Diversity, Housing Opportunities, Professional Standards, Multiple Listing, and Global, Resort & Second Home Markets committee. She was the 2022 Chair of the NYSAR Leadership Academy Advisory Board and the served as President of the NYS Real Estate Education Foundation.

Active in her community, Amy volunteers for many organizations such as Habitat for Humanity. She has served twelve years on the Board of Directors at Beginnings Credit Union. 

Prior to her career in real estate, Amy received a Master’s degree as a Speech-Language Pathologist and worked as an Area Manager serving a wide range of populations and settings.

Over her years in the industry, Amy has shown dedication to total customer satisfaction and a commitment to clear communication every step of the way. Her experience, knowledge and attention to detail as well as her compassion and genuine caring attitude have made her a successful agent, trustworthy colleague and a respected mentor and manager.
